services · priced out loud

next month, your back catalogue sounds like one show, not nine.

Five things leave this studio: edited episodes, mixed and mastered audio, show notes, trailers, and whole season launches. Each has a price below, a turnaround, and a line about what it won’t do. Read the catches. We wrote them for you.

edit only

Dead air, false starts, stumbles, and the ten minutes of “can you hear me?” come out. Structure stays yours. Right for shows that already have a mix they like.

Turnaround: 3 business days from complete files. Raw up to 60 min.

edit, mix & master

The full finish: edit, level every voice, noise and room cleanup, light compression and EQ, intro and outro music set under the voice, then master to −16 LUFS stereo (−19 mono).

Turnaround: 3 business days. Two rounds of fixes included. Third round $38.

mix & master from a finished edit

You cut it yourself and just want it to sound like a real show. We balance, clean, and master your edit without touching the content.

Turnaround: 2 business days. We’ll flag any edit problem we hear but won’t fix it unasked.

show notes

A two-sentence summary, a timestamped outline, guest and link credits, and the odd words spelled right. Pencilled by hand from the edit, then typed.

Turnaround: same day as your audio. No SEO keyword stuffing, ever.

launch trailer

A 60-second trailer: your best three lines, a hook, music with a license you can show, and cuts sized for the feed and for social. Includes one rewrite of the script.

Turnaround: 5 business days. We cut from your recordings, not new ones.

what happens to your files

tuesday’s upload, friday’s episode

  1. day 0files landWe check every track plays, every speaker has their own file, and tell you the same day if something’s missing.
  2. day 1structure passCuts, reorders, and flagged moments. Breaths stay unless they’re ugly. The laugh stays.
  3. day 2noise and levelsHum, hiss, room echo, wobbly volume. Every voice lands at the same distance from the listener.
  4. day 3earbud test, then shipA final listen on eight-dollar earbuds with the faucet running. If it survives, you get the files.

before you book

the awkward questions, answered

Cards and Apple Pay both work. We invoice after approval. Anything else, call (516) 668-7815 weekdays 11 to 7.

Which service do I actually need?

If you’re unsure, send one episode through the $96 lane. You’ll hear what a full finish does, and we’ll tell you honestly whether you need more or less.

What file formats do you want?

WAV, one track per speaker, is ideal. MP3 works if that’s all you have, but cleanup is limited. Not a screen recording of a call, please.

Can I get a number before I commit?

Yes. Send a short sample and a rough episode count. We reply with a number the next business day, not a request for a discovery call.

What if my audio is rough?

We’ll tell you in our first reply what’s fixable and what isn’t, before you pay. Hum and hiss, usually fine. A guest recorded on a laptop speaker across a cafe, not so much.

Do you work with B2B brands?

Yes. Branded shows get the same lanes and the same prices. If you need an invoice with a PO number, ask and we’ll set it up.
